Product features : Martine et Pierre-Marie Chermette Beaujolais Origine Vieilles Vignes Non Filtré 2024

Breeding
Traditional semi-carbonic maceration with indigenous yeasts, no chaptalization. Bottled without filtration to preserve natural antioxidants and original complexity.
On the eye
Clear garnet robe with purple reflections
On the nose
Wild red berries, floral notes and a whisper of white pepper. The aromatics are delicate and expressive, characteristic of old-vine fruit.
In the mouth
Tender, fleshy attack with ripe, juicy fruit at the core. Silken, enveloping tannins provide structure without heaviness. Excellent length with a white pepper finish.
M. Francois
This wine's versatility is its strength. Serve it with charcuterie, traditional Lyonnaise dishes, Bresse chicken, guinea fowl, or lighter red meat preparations. The freshness and moderate alcohol make it equally at home as an aperitif wine or alongside a country terrine.
