Time and precision expressed in every bubble

  • This special release benefits from prolonged ageing on lees, developing considerable aromatic depth and a textured palate distinct from the standard cuvée. The extended contact with the sediment enriches the wine's complexity and finesse.
  • Principally from the 2014 vintage, a remarkable year whose character is enhanced by late disgorgement. This approach amplifies the champagne's layered complexity whilst maintaining the precision Jacquesson is known for.
  • The wine's evolved profile suits refined gastronomy: Dover sole, Bresse chicken, or mushroom-based dishes all find natural partners in this champagne's richness and mineral undertones.

Pair with lobster, Bresse poultry or truffle-based preparations. For the serious collector seeking rare, evolved cuvées; ideal for significant occasions or contemplative tasting.

Nicolas françois, propriétaire passionné des halles de quercamps

CHAMPAGNE JACQUESSON

Based in Dizy in the Grande Vallée de la Marne, the Jacquesson House farms 36 hectares of certified organic vineyards across chalky, clay-limestone and loamy soils. Founded in 1798 and once favoured by Napoleon I, the House invented the wire muselet in 1844 and has been steered since 2022 by Artémis Domaines under the Pinault family. Self-imposed yields of around 7,000 bottles per hectare — against the permitted 11,000 — speak to a rare discipline in Champagne. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this House for the precision of its blends, the mineral tension running through its cuvées, and a viticultural vision that consistently places parcel quality above volume. A Champagne reference we are proud to list.
