The art of vintage expression in a numbered cuvée

  • Cuvée 747 is built principally from the 2009 vintage, a year of considerable distinction in Champagne. This numbered release expresses the character of that harvest with precision and depth.
  • The wine achieves a refined equilibrium between richness and freshness, its complex aromatics unfolding through extended ageing on lees. Structure and elegance define its character.
  • Each numbered cuvée from Jacquesson represents a singular interpretation of terroir and vintage. Cuvée 747 belongs to this prestigious series, where the number itself marks a distinct moment in the house's philosophy.

Product features : Champagne Jacquesson Cuvée 747 — Champagne

In the mouth
Ample and layered, with ripe stone fruits, brioche and roasted almond notes. Mineral tension extends through the finish; the acidity is perfectly calibrated, lending freshness and length.
On the nose
Intense aromas of dried fruits, honey and butter, with citrus notes and a subtle toasted character from prolonged lees contact. The bouquet develops with air.
On the eye
Golden robe with bright, luminous reflections; fine, persistent bubbles.
Breeding
Ageing partly in oak vats and extended on lees, conferring the wine its creamy texture and complex aromas
M. Francois
Cuvée 747 exemplifies Jacquesson's mastery of balance and complexity. It marries the finesse of great vintage champagne with genuine richness and depth. Equally at home with foie gras, lobster or fine poultry, it rewards contemplation on its own. A wine of considerable ageing potential for those who value substance over fashion.
