Burgundy's accessible charm from the Pierres Dorées hills

  • This wine captures the essence of the Coteaux Bourguignons appellation with its crisp, fleshy character. The fruit-forward profile and natural balance make it an excellent introduction to the broader Burgundy region's quality and diversity.
  • A genuine expression of Burgundian terroir without pretension. Whether you're exploring the region for the first time or returning to familiar ground, this wine offers the authenticity and approachability that define the appellation's charm.
  • Unpretentious pleasure at the table. Serve it alongside grilled meats, charcuterie, or robust cheeses. Its freshness and moderate alcohol make it equally suited to informal outdoor gatherings as to quiet evening meals.

Breeding
Low-temperature fermentation to preserve fresh fruit character
On the eye
Deep, brilliant ruby with an inviting intensity
On the nose
Expressive notes of red berries—cherry and redcurrant predominate—with subtle herbaceous undertones characteristic of the appellation
In the mouth
Supple and engaging, with a palate of genuine richness. Red fruit flavours unfold alongside a remarkable freshness that carries through to a clean, satisfying finish. The wine's structure is evident without heaviness.
M. Francois
Excellent with grilled meats, traditional charcuterie, and aged cheeses. The wine's acidity and moderate weight make it equally at home with savoury tarts and vegetable-based dishes. Serve at 14–15°C for best effect.
