In the mouth
Elegant and lengthy on the palate, with a solid tannic structure that is well-integrated and refined. The wine shows good balance between fruit expression and mineral character, with a persistent finish.

Intense aromatics of blackcurrant and violet, with spiced notes of nutmeg and white pepper emerging on the finish. Subtle undertones of liquorice and vanilla add further complexity.

Twenty months in new demi-muids (33 %), first and second fill French oak, without racking.
