Precise and delicate: fresh citrus, white flowers and stone fruit, with a subtle hint of toasted brioche. Mineral undertones throughout.
In the mouth
Dry and mineral-driven, with lemon, green apple and pear. Subtle hazelnut and chalk notes add texture. The finish is crisp, clean and crystalline.

Founded in Épernay in 1849, the Pol Roger House farms 92 hectares across the three great Champagne terroirs — Montagne de Reims, Côte des Blancs, and Vallée de la Marne — on chalk subsoils reaching 33 metres deep. One of the last major Champagne Houses to remain genuinely family-owned and independent, Pol Roger has built its reputation on precision, tension, and an exceptionally fine mousse, working its vineyards to HVE and Terra Vitis standards.
