Product features : Domaine Paul Jaboulet - Saint-Peray les Sauvagères 2022

In the mouth
The palate mirrors the nose with ripe white fruit, balanced by a pronounced minerality that gives the wine its structure and length. Elegant acidity provides freshness without aggression, and a subtle almond note on the finish speaks to the wine's purity.
On the nose
White stone fruits—pear and white peach—with delicate floral notes. A whisper of hazelnut and subtle mineral undertones emerge with aeration, characteristic of the appellation's limestone-rich soils.
On the eye
Pale golden hue with subtle greenish glints, suggesting freshness and youth.
M. Francois
An ideal aperitif wine, particularly suited to shellfish and seafood preparations. The mineral backbone and white fruit character complement oysters, langoustines, and delicate fish dishes with natural affinity. Also excellent as a standalone aperitif, served well-chilled. The wine's generosity makes it approachable now, whilst its structure suggests modest cellaring potential of three to five years.
