Domaine Nicolas Grosbois is a wine estate in the Chinon appellation (Loire Valley). Run by Nicolas Grosbois. Around 17 hectares farmed biodynamically. Grape: Cabernet Franc. Limestone tuffeau and gravel soils. Single-vineyard cuvées: Clos du Noyer, Gabare, La Cuisine de Ma Mère. Wines of great precision and fine depth. Available at Les Halles de Quercamps.
