In the mouth
Powerful and structured on the palate, with firm yet supple tannins. Ripe dark fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry), leather, spice and truffle meld with subtle violet and dark chocolate notes. Long, mineral finish.
On the nose
Intense and layered bouquet: dark berries (blackberry, plum), spice, smoke and leather, with delicate floral notes of violet from the Viognier component

Deep purple robe, almost black, with garnet glints at the rim

Aged for 42 months in new oak barrels, imparting vanilla and toasted aromas with exceptional structure to the wine
