In the mouth

Breeding
Aged 10 months in barrels with 50% new oak and 50% one-year-old oak.
This wine pairs beautifully with seafood risotto, sole meunière, or poached lobster. It would equally complement a blanquette de lotte aux morilles or roasted Bresse chicken with cream sauce. Serve at 10–12°C to appreciate its aromatic complexity and freshness.

Appellations: Châteauneuf-du-Pape (Domaine Grand Veneur), Lirac, Côtes du Rhône, Vacqueyras. Organically farmed since 2010.
