Three generations stewarding the magnificent Saint-Joseph terroir
- A wine of genuine terroir expression, crafted according to the traditions established by the Cuilleron family across three generations. Les Serines captures the essence of the granite-based slopes of Saint-Joseph.
- Produced from old-vine selections of Serine—the original clone and local name for Syrah—chosen through careful massale selection. These vines impart distinctive character and complexity to the finished wine.
- Approachable in youth, displaying bright red fruit and white pepper notes over three to four years, yet structured to develop secondary aromas and greater complexity with further cellaring.

In the mouth

Ripe dark berries and white pepper dominate, with elegant spice and wild notes. Delicate oak influence supports the wine's maturity without dominating the aromatic profile.

Brilliant ruby with good clarity

18 months in oak barrels. Parcels blended before bottling.
An excellent pairing with roasted beef and potato preparations. The wine's mineral freshness and structured tannins complement rich meat dishes beautifully. Also suited to game and herb-seasoned preparations that echo the wine's own spice character.
