A powerful, earthy bouquet dominated by dark fruits—cassis, wild blackberry, bilberry. The signature Gruaud character emerges through notes of liquorice, violet, and fresh leather.
In the mouth
A structured, muscular wine with abundant, firm tannins of considerable nobility. The palate shows impressive grip and definition, with the substance and length expected of a fine Médoc.
