On the nose
Complex and expressive bouquet. Ripe dark cherry and plum mingle with forest floor and subtle spice notes, with a whisper of musk adding textural intrigue. The aromatics speak of careful viticulture and measured extraction.
In the mouth
Soft attack leading to finely woven tannins that envelop a generous core of red and dark fruit. The mid-palate shows excellent definition, with a lingering finish that echoes the wine's aromatic complexity.
A natural companion to roasted poultry or lamb. The wine's structure and fruit weight make it equally at home with aged Côteaux cheeses. Decant thirty minutes before service to allow the aromatics full expression. Drink now through 2028.
