The bouquet opens with orchard fruit and white flowers—apple, pear, and acacia—with a subtle mineral undertone that speaks to the limestone-rich soils of the appellation. The aromatics are restrained and elegant rather than expansive.
In the mouth
The palate is broad and well-structured, with a pleasing richness balanced by crisp acidity. Mineral notes dominate the finish, lending the wine an austere elegance. The mouthfeel is clean and persistent without heaviness.
