Breeding
Approximately 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels. The estate uses around 25% new wood to refine the wine without imposing dominant oak character.

Domaine Coillot is a family wine estate in Marsannay-la-Côte (Burgundy). The Coillot family has farmed vines here for several generations. Grapes: Pinot Noir (reds and rosés) and Chardonnay (whites).
