Tradition and innovation from the Languedoc terroirs

  • Domaine Gayda's vineyards span the diverse landscapes of Languedoc and Roussillon, where careful winemaking marries traditional methods with contemporary technique to reveal the true character of the Chardonnay variety.
  • This is an unpretentious, approachable wine that rewards the drinker with a clean, refreshing finish. It is the sort of bottle one reaches for without ceremony, yet finds genuine pleasure in the glass.
  • The wine displays admirable balance: a mineral structure underpins white fruit flavours and subtle brioche notes, whilst a crisp acidity ensures the finish remains lively and composed throughout.

M. Francois
This Chardonnay complements a range of lighter dishes with ease: blanquette de veau, sautéed chicken, grilled fish, and fresh goat's cheese all find natural partners in its balanced profile. It is equally suited to aperitif drinking or informal entertaining.
