In the mouth
Fresh and intense on the palate, revealing acacia blossom, lime zest and citrus pith, with a subtle almond bitterness in the finish. The wine maintains excellent balance and length throughout.
On the nose
The opening is arresting: fennel and anise lead, followed by fresh apricot and bergamote. The bouquet develops further with quince and subtle honeycomb notes, creating an intriguing aromatic profile.
