In the mouth
Fresh and vegetal on the palate, with present but integrated tannins. Roasted cocoa notes provide texture and length, finishing with mineral precision.
On the nose
Aeration releases the varietal character with clarity: ripe raspberry and blackcurrant, green pepper notes, and a subtle menthol undertone that adds freshness.
On the eye
Deep purple robe with luminous red highlights, suggesting ripe fruit and vitality.
Breeding
20% in new oak, 20% in wooden vat and 60% in one and two year old barrels. The wines are racked and bottled during waning moon phases on fruit or root days.

Domaine Gayda is a wine estate in Brugairolles (Aude), Languedoc. Founded by Tim Ford and Anthony Record. Around 80 hectares. Grapes: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Viognier. Appellations: Languedoc, IGP Pays d'Oc. Gastronomic restaurant on site. Modern, elegant wines.
