In the mouth
Intense and aromatic, the wine opens with fresh apricot and grapefruit before concluding with a refined saline minerality. The finish is clean and persistent, with excellent balance between fruit and acidity.
On the nose
Grenache Blanc and Macabeu lead with fresh pineapple, anise and fennel. Secondary aromas of honeysuckle emerge, followed by delicate brioche and toasted notes that add complexity and depth.
On the eye
Brilliant pale straw-yellow with silvery highlights
Breeding
In ovoidal vat, barrel and demi-muid for twelve months on lees with regular stirring – blending of the finest cuvées from each variety and parcel, then one month in vat before bottling
Figure Libre is equally at home as an aperitif or paired with charcuterie and cured meats. Its aromatic profile and mineral backbone make it particularly suited to Spanish dishes such as paella, where the wine's freshness complements saffron and seafood admirably. Serve well-chilled.

Grapes: Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Viognier. Appellations: Languedoc, IGP Pays d'Oc. Gastronomic restaurant on site. Modern, elegant wines.
