In the mouth
A well-balanced blend of Gamay and Malbec. The Gamay provides freshness and red fruit notes, whilst the Malbec contributes structure and subtle tannin. The finish is clean and food-friendly.

Expressive and inviting, with red fruit character that encourages you to taste. The bouquet is fresh and mineral, reflecting the Loire terroir.

Traditional winemaking without intervention
A natural partner to charcuterie and cured meats, where its acidity cuts through richness beautifully. Equally at home with grilled fish or traditional grilled meats. Serve lightly chilled at 14–15°C. A genuine expression of Touraine terroir without pretension.
