Product features : Château d'Armailhac 5ème Cru Classé 2023 Pauillac

Breeding
Aged in new oak barrels at 30% for 15 to 18 months.
On the eye
Deep garnet-red with excellent colour saturation.
On the nose
Aromas of dark red fruits, with secondary notes of toasted oak and almond. The bouquet develops with air, revealing further complexity and depth characteristic of the appellation.
In the mouth
Full-bodied with a supple tannic structure. The palate shows good concentration of red and black fruit, with a balanced acidity and a persistent finish. The tannins are refined rather than aggressive, suggesting a wine of considerable ageing potential.
M. Francois
This wine pairs excellently with game birds such as guinea fowl, organ meats including calf's sweetbreads with foie gras, and earthy preparations featuring wild mushrooms. It also complements mature cheeses of character. Decant one hour before service to allow full expression.
