- Blended from Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, with the latter aged in oak to add complexity and structure. The result is a wine of considerable elegance and food-friendliness.
- This wine pairs beautifully with roasted poultry, grilled fish, and shellfish. Its mineral backbone and citrus notes make it equally suited to fresh cheeses and lighter summer fare.

Breeding
Aged in barrels on its lees with Burgundian-style stirring.
On the eye
Pale yellow with green glints; bright and crystalline, characteristic of Sauvignon from cool terroirs.
On the nose
White flowers—particularly elderflower—mingle with subtle notes of vanilla and brioche from the oak-aged Sémillon component, creating an inviting and complex bouquet.
In the mouth
A long, zesty palate with a fine mineral edge and gentle bitterness that provides structure and definition. The wine finishes dry and refreshing, with excellent balance.
Caillou Blanc is a versatile table wine. Serve it with oysters, grilled shad, or aged goat's cheese. Its mineral character and acidity make it an ideal companion to seafood preparations, whilst its subtle oak influence allows it to stand alongside richer fish dishes.
