On the eye
Bright ruby red of medium intensity, displaying clarity and youthful vibrancy
On the nose
Red fruit aromas—cherry and plum—mingle with subtle spice notes. The bouquet is clean and inviting, without excessive oak influence, allowing the fruit to speak clearly.
In the mouth
Medium-bodied and well-balanced. The tannins are supple and elegant, never aggressive. A wine of restraint and finesse, with good length and a dry, clean finish that invites another sip.
Pairs beautifully with lamb, particularly roasted or braised preparations. Also excellent with earthy dishes such as mushroom tart or cèpes. The wine's structure suits game birds and would complement truffle-based dishes without overwhelming them.
