Pure mineral expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the great terroirs of Pouilly-Fumé

  • En Travertin takes its name from the travertine limestone soils that define this distinctive terroir. These mineral-rich stones impart remarkable tension and finesse to the wine, refined through ten generations of family winemaking at Domaine Henri Bourgeois.
  • This wine captures the essential freshness and vibrancy of Sauvignon Blanc: bright citrus and white stone fruit aromas with the subtle smoky character distinctive of Pouilly-Fumé, delivering both precision and elegance.
  • Domaine Henri Bourgeois stands among the Loire Valley's most respected producers, crafting wines of considerable quality that authentically express the character of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé terroirs.

This refined white embodies the mineral purity and precision that define great Loire Sauvignon Blanc. Its citrus clarity, white fruit character and elegant smokiness make it an ideal companion to shellfish, grilled fish or fresh goat's cheese. For those seeking a finely drawn, mineral-driven Loire white of genuine character, this offers both freshness and considerable finesse.
