Breeding
Ageing on fine lees for 18 to 24 months, 100% in oak barrels of which one third new oak.
On the eye
Clear pale gold in colour, with a luminous quality characteristic of the finest Beaujolais blancs.
On the nose
Notably expressive and layered, revealing fresh orchard fruit—particularly green apple—alongside delicate white floral notes that evolve with aeration.
In the mouth
The palate displays impressive maturity and definition, dominated by white flowers with a mineral spine. The finish is sustained and elegant, leaving a lingering impression of refinement.
Classically suited to poultry dishes with cream sauces and freshwater fish such as pike-perch, pike and perch. We recommend exploring it with scallops or aged goat's cheese, where its mineral character and floral aromatics prove particularly compelling.
