In the mouth

Domaine Stéphane Aladame is a wine estate in Montagny-lès-Buxy (Côte Chalonnaise, Burgundy). Founded in 1998 by Stéphane Aladame. Around 6 hectares. Grape: Chardonnay exclusively. Appellations: Montagny, Montagny Premier Cru. Organically farmed. Vinification without bâtonnage. White wines of great purity and fine minerality.
