On the eye
A luminous, bright rosé with an inviting pale salmon hue.
On the nose
The bouquet is notably intense and fresh, offering the aromatic character one expects from a well-made Gascogne rosé. The nose promises the vibrancy delivered on the palate.
In the mouth
Beautifully balanced. The wine avoids cloying sweetness; instead, a lively acidity immediately takes hold, rendering the wine exceptionally refreshing and easy to drink. The sensation is akin to biting into a perfectly ripe grape, just picked.
M. Francois
This rosé excels alongside summer fare: grilled meats, prawns, tuna tartare, and grilled salmon all find natural partners here. It is equally suited to good pizza and informal outdoor meals. Its acidity and moderate alcohol make it a wine for leisurely drinking.
