  • This Tête de Cuvée benefits from careful oak élevage, which imparts subtle structure without overwhelming the wine's natural elegance and fruit expression.
  • Produced in limited quantity, this cuvée represents the house's commitment to quality over volume, reflecting the careful selection of fruit and measured winemaking.
  • Particularly suited to Mediterranean-inspired cuisine: white fish, poultry, and lighter meat dishes benefit from its fresh acidity and layered fruit character.

In the mouth
The palate reveals the benefits of élevage: marked but harmonious oak structure supports pineapple and citrus notes. The finish is broad and refreshing, with good length and mineral precision.
On the nose
Intense and refined bouquet: vanilla and coconut notes from oak élevage meld with tropical fruit—pineapple and stone fruit—creating an inviting aromatic profile.
On the eye
Golden robe with bright green glints, suggesting freshness and vitality
Breeding
Aged 8 months in new oak barrels
M. Francois
This wine pairs admirably with white fish and shellfish, particularly preparations with butter or cream sauces. Equally at home with roasted poultry, lighter game, and well-aged cheeses. The oak structure and fruit weight suggest it will develop further over two to three years in a cool cellar.
