Breeding
Vinification: Traditional Beaujolais semi-carbonic fermentation with two daily pump-overs, maceration of 10 to 12 days in concrete vats, no chaptalization, minimal sulphur dioxide. The wine is aged in large wooden foudres for 5 to 8 months.
On the eye
Ruby-hued with purple reflections, the wine presents a bright, luminous appearance in the glass.
On the nose
The bouquet expresses a diverse array of red fruits alongside floral notes, particularly violet. The aromatics are clean and inviting, speaking to the wine's freshness and careful vinification.
In the mouth
On the palate, the wine reveals itself as pure and linear, with excellent balance between fruit, perfume and tannin structure. The schistose granite foundation provides substance and silky tannins. Red fruits dominate—cherry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry—with a persistent, satisfying finish.
