In the mouth
Fresh and lively on the palate, with good weight and a mineral spine that runs through to the finish. The wine possesses excellent length, with a harmonious balance between fruit expression and terroir character. Structure is evident but refined.

A refined bouquet combining white stone fruits with subtle hazelnut and almond notes. The nose is elegant rather than showy, revealing layers of citrus and mineral character as it opens in the glass.

Breeding
Ageing in oak barrels for approximately 10 months then bottling
This wine pairs admirably with fish in cream-based sauces, particularly pike or sole. It is equally suited to hard cheeses—Comté or aged Gruyère—where its acidity and mineral profile complement the richness beautifully. An excellent aperitif wine as well.
