Breeding
Aged in oak barrels for 9 to 12 months, imparting fine complexity and subtle oak character to the wine.
On the eye
Deep ruby red with good intensity
On the nose
Expressive bouquet of red fruits: cherry, raspberry and redcurrant. Clean, inviting aromatics characteristic of the appellation.
In the mouth
Good concentration on the palate with a pleasing marriage of ripe red fruits and well-integrated tannins. The wine shows balance and length, with a savoury finish.
M. Francois
This Bourgogne Rouge pairs beautifully with grilled steak served with wild mushrooms, or duck with green peppercorn sauce. The wine's structure and fruit-forward character complement these dishes without overwhelming them. A reliable choice for the classic Burgundian table.
