Deep ruby robe with violet highlights
On the nose
The bouquet opens with delicate wild red fruit aromas—redcurrant, blueberry and cherry—followed by floral and spice notes on a subtly oaked foundation.
In the mouth
Fine and elegant on the palate, with intense aromatic expression of red and dark fruits. Concentrated yet charming, with a refreshing finish that achieves excellent balance throughout.
This Burgundy complements poultry terrines, sautéed calf's liver, pork fillet steaks, and beef bourguignon. Its structure and freshness make it equally suited to lighter game dishes and mature cheeses.

Domaine François Raquillet is a family wine estate in Mercurey (Côte Chalonnaise, Burgundy). Grapes: Pinot Noir (reds) and Chardonnay (whites). Appellations: Mercurey, Mercurey Premier Cru. Around 10 hectares of vines. Traditional Burgundian vinification. The wines express the typicity of the Mercurey terroir with fine structure and expressive fruit.
