Grenache: 90% in demi-muids (600L) and 10% in terracotta amphora
Syrah: barrel ageing.

Deep garnet with Bordeaux-tinged reflections. A wine of measured colour and classical presentation.
On the nose
Restrained and elegant. Orange marmalade and preserved cherry notes emerge alongside subtle spice—white pepper and dried herbs—creating a complex, layered bouquet that evolves in the glass.
In the mouth
Supple and refined. The palate reveals good weight without heaviness, with silky tannins that carry the wine through to a sustained finish. Aromatic persistence and balance define the experience.
