- Syrah takes the lead here, its character fully realised and complemented by the fruit and structure that Grenache brings to the blend. The result is a wine of considerable presence and definition.
- This is a natural companion to roasted or grilled beef and duck, whether served simply or in richer sauces. Its peppery notes and textured tannins make it equally at home with game and Mediterranean fare.
- Mas Seren occupies a privileged position within the Parc national des Cévennes, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The vineyard sits near Monoblet, close to Anduze, where altitude and geology combine to produce wines of genuine character.

In the mouth
Fleshy and well-structured, with silky tannins that frame the palate gracefully. Darker, more confected fruit notes emerge alongside pepper and cocoa, finishing with satisfying length and balance.
On the nose
Intense and layered: dark berries, black pepper and cedar form the core, with secondary notes of garrigue and mineral earth emerging as the wine opens.
On the eye
Deep garnet with violet undertones; a wine of evident substance and maturity.

Ageing in carefully selected oak barrels to enhance the wine's complexity whilst respecting fruit expression
