In the mouth

Delicate bouquet of white stone fruits and white flowers, with subtle mineral notes that speak to the granite bedrock of the vineyard

Pale golden yellow with gentle lustre
A wine of considerable versatility at table. It pairs naturally with roasted veal or beef, and shows particular affinity with soft-rind cheeses such as Brie and Camembert. The mineral character also makes it an excellent accompaniment to shellfish and lighter fish preparations.
