A symphony of honeyed fruit and delicate spice in every glass

  • A distinguished organic Gaillac blanc moelleux born from late harvest selection, where grapes reach exceptional natural sugar concentration. This is thoughtful winemaking from a producer committed to sustainable viticulture.
  • Domaine Rotier has long been recognised for its principled approach to the vineyard—respecting terroir and environment whilst crafting wines of genuine character and refinement.
  • Renaissance Vendanges Tardives presents a layered aromatic profile: preserved stone fruit and apricot interwoven with honeyed florals, a whisper of vanilla and warming spice, and an underlying mineral tension that prevents cloying.

Breeding
Meticulous élevage in oak barrels to enhance the wine's complexity whilst preserving its exceptional fruitiness.
On the eye
Deep golden robe, luminous and inviting—the colour itself announces a wine of substance and careful élevage.
On the nose
A rich, enveloping bouquet: candied apricot, acacia honey, white flowers, with subtle notes of vanilla and cinnamon. The aromatics unfold gradually, revealing layers of complexity.
In the mouth
Soft, velvety attack balanced by a lively acidity that cuts through the natural sweetness with precision. The finish lingers, aromatic and clean, without heaviness.
M. Francois
A wine for those who appreciate moelleux with genuine structure and breeding. The late harvest concentration is evident, yet Rotier's restraint and technical skill prevent excess. This is a Gaillac that rewards contemplation—serve it cool, perhaps with a blue cheese course, or simply as a meditation on what patient viticulture can achieve. A treasure.
