Deep purple with intense, brilliant violet reflections
On the nose
The Combier hallmark emerges clearly: black pepper, violet and a subtle hint of liquorice. The aromatic profile speaks of ripe Syrah fruit and careful élevage.
In the mouth
Tannins are present but refined, with a diamond-point precision. The palate is silken, with an elegant, fine-grained texture reminiscent of grape skin. A wine of poise and balance.

Grapes: Syrah (reds), Marsanne and Roussanne (whites). Cuvées: Clos des Grives, Domaine. Fresh, precise terroir wines among the benchmarks of Crozes-Hermitage.
