Based at 35 bis Cours du Médoc in Bordeaux, Schröder & Schÿler is one of the oldest family-owned négociants on the Bordeaux place, established in 1739 by Jacob Schröder and Jean Schÿler. Eight successive generations of the Schÿler family have led the House — a continuity that is genuinely rare in the Bordeaux trade. The House is also proprietor of Château Kirwan, a Grand Cru Classé 1855 in the Margaux appellation, acquired in 1925. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this House for the depth of its Bordeaux roots, the coherence of its range across reds and whites, and the historical authority it lends to every bottle.
