Breeding
Ageing in oak barrels (approximately 25% new oak) for 12 months, with moderate lees stirring to enrich the wine without weighing it down.
On the eye
Golden-hued with pale amber reflections, displaying the characteristic colour of mature Chardonnay.
On the nose
The bouquet reveals white stone fruits and delicate floral notes, with subtle minerality characteristic of Rully's limestone-rich terroir. A complex and inviting aromatic profile.

Domaine Sarrazin et Fils is a family wine estate in Jambles, Givry appellation (Burgundy). Grapes: Pinot Noir (reds) and Chardonnay (whites). Appellations: Givry, Givry Premier Cru. Around 20 hectares on clay-limestone soils. Traditional vinification with oak-barrel ageing. Fine, fruity wines representative of the Côte Chalonnaise.
