On the eye
Deep ruby robe with garnet reflections.
On the nose
An expressive bouquet revealing ripe red fruits, violet, with subtle undertones of liquorice and forest floor. The aromatics develop gradually in the glass.
In the mouth
Fine, silken tannins frame flavours of black cherry and raspberry, complemented by spice and restrained oak influence. The finish is long and harmonious, with excellent balance between fruit and structure.

Domaine Sarrazin et Fils is a family wine estate in Jambles, Givry appellation (Burgundy). Grapes: Pinot Noir (reds) and Chardonnay (whites). Appellations: Givry, Givry Premier Cru. Around 20 hectares on clay-limestone soils. Traditional vinification with oak-barrel ageing. Fine, fruity wines representative of the Côte Chalonnaise.
