Rhône elegance and freshness in your glass

  • This wine combines volume and generosity with a distinctive mineral character derived from the calcareous soils of Saint-Peray. It expresses the full amplitude of the appellation with a refined structure that rewards careful attention.
  • Fleur de Roc achieves an admirable balance between refreshing acidity and fruit-forward aromatics. White pear, peach and subtle white floral notes emerge with clarity, whilst the underlying minerality provides definition and length.
  • A versatile companion to seafood, grilled fish and aperitif occasions. Its freshness and mineral backbone make it equally suited to lighter fare and moments of convivial gathering.

Breeding
In new 400-litre barrels
On the eye
Brilliant golden-yellow robe
On the nose
Aromas of preserved yellow fruits, orange zest and pear, with a mineral undertone characteristic of the terroir.
In the mouth
Elegant and textured. Stone fruit aromas are supported by the wine's inherent minerality and saline character, hallmarks of Saint-Peray. The finish is clean and persistent.
