Breeding
In 400-litre oak barrels
On the eye
Pale yellow, bright and crystalline in appearance
On the nose
Aromas of white stone fruits with delicate floral notes and a hint of roasted hazelnut, characteristic of the appellation's mineral expression
In the mouth
White flowers, dried apricot and citrus zest unfold with admirable balance. The palate displays acacia and hawthorn notes, concluding with a long, distinctly mineral finish
M. Francois
Excellent with grilled langoustines or sea bass en papillote with fennel. Equally at home alongside roasted veal with Provençal herbs, or with aged goat cheeses such as Picodon and Rocamadour
