Menthol and citrus notes dominate the bouquet, followed by successive waves of orchard fruit, floral character and mineral precision. The aromatic profile develops with considerable complexity.
In the mouth
Ample and generous on the palate, yet marked by finesse and restraint. The wine impresses through the delicacy of its aromatic expression and the mineral tension that sustains the finish.
A natural companion to fish tartare—salmon or tuna—and white fish preparations with subtle spicing. Poached cod, terrines of fish and seafood all find harmony here. The wine also pairs thoughtfully with poultry, particularly the prized birds of Bresse, where its mineral character and aromatic subtlety complement rather than overwhelm.

Les Vignerons de Buxy is a cooperative winery in Buxy, Côte Chalonnaise (Burgundy). Founded in 1931. Around 120 growers and 870 hectares. Grapes: Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Appellations: Montagny, Givry, Mercurey, Rully, Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise, Crémant de Bourgogne. Good-value Burgundy terroir wines.
