Breeding
12 months in stainless steel vat
On the eye
Pale lemon-yellow with crystalline highlights, showing the clarity typical of well-made Jura whites.
On the nose
Aromatic intensity of citrus—lemon and grapefruit—mingled with subtle exotic fruit notes. The bouquet is fresh and inviting, with mineral undertones that hint at the wine's terroir.
In the mouth
Fruit-forward on the palate with a refined mineral finish. The acidity is well-balanced, providing structure and length without heaviness. A wine of elegance and restraint.
M. Francois
Savagnier rewards appreciation on its own as an aperitif, yet proves equally at home alongside crudités, white fish, and lighter seafood preparations. Its mineral-driven profile makes it an excellent companion to cuisine that respects the ingredient rather than masks it. Best enjoyed within five years of vintage.
