Breeding
Approximately 10 to 12 months in old oak barrels or stainless steel vats, to avoid marking the wine with new wood.
On the eye
Deep ruby with violet reflections, revealing excellent concentration and maturity.
On the nose
Aromatic complexity centred on red and dark fruits—raspberry, black cherry, blueberry—with the classic violet note characteristic of the cru. Floral and mineral undertones emerge with aeration.
In the mouth
Fine-grained tannins provide the structured framework expected of a serious Moulin-à-Vent. The palate shows good length, with red fruit flavours sustained by mineral acidity and a subtle earthiness.
