Eight generations of Burgundy craftsmanship from Vosne-Romanée

  • Mature vines averaging forty years in age contribute depth and complexity to this Gevrey-Chambertin. The established root systems yield concentrated fruit flavours and a refined mineral character characteristic of the finest Côte de Nuits expressions.
  • This wine displays a striking aromatic profile, combining the bright red fruit typical of the vintage with secondary notes that develop through careful élevage. The interplay of fruit and oak integration creates a wine of considerable elegance.
  • Domaine Mongeard-Mugneret represents eight generations of winemaking tradition in the heart of Burgundy. This heritage is evident in the meticulous viticulture and measured approach to vinification that defines each vintage.

This Gevrey-Chambertin rewards pairing with dishes of character and substance. Consider it alongside game, beef preparations, or mature cheeses. The wine's structure and complexity make it equally suited to contemplative tasting. Cellaring potential extends ten to fifteen years for those inclined to patience.
