Product features : Ruinart R De Ruinart Brut Blanc De Blancs 2015 75cl

In the mouth
Crisp and lively on the palate with good roundness and structure. The finish is persistent, echoing white peach, pear and brioche with elegant mineral undertones.
On the nose
Delicate bouquet of fresh stone fruits, white flowers and citrus zest, with subtle notes of hazelnut and almond that develop with aeration.
On the eye
Luminous pale gold with fine, dynamic effervescence and persistent bead.
M. Francois
This is a Champagne for those who understand that true elegance lies in restraint. The 2015 shows Ruinart's discipline—no excess, no oak dominance, simply the terroir of Chardonnay-led Blanc de Blancs expressed with precision. The Seconde Peau packaging appeals to collectors conscious of environmental stewardship. I recommend decanting thirty minutes before service to allow the wine to open fully. Excellent with seafood or simply as an aperitif for special occasions.

CHAMPAGNE RUINART

Founded on 1 September 1729 in Reims, Ruinart holds the distinction of being the oldest Champagne House in the world. Spanning 17 hectares across the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs, the House works chalk soils of remarkable mineral character, its Gallo-Roman crayères listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Chardonnay lies at the heart of Ruinart's identity, lending its cuvées a characteristic aerial elegance and precise tension. The House joined the LVMH group in 1987 and holds HVE certification. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this House for the consistency of its style, the depth of its historical roots, and the rigour of its viticultural commitments. A Champagne reference we are proud to list.
