Product features : Chateau Pesquie Terrasses 2022 — Ventoux

Breeding
Aged in concrete and stainless steel vats.
On the eye
Pale, limpid appearance with subtle silver-green reflections.
On the nose
Aromatic and fresh, with white floral notes complemented by citrus fruit—lemon and grapefruit—and a subtle mineral undertone characteristic of the terroir.
In the mouth
The palate is crisp and well-defined, with good tension and acidity that provides structure and length. A wine of restraint and elegance rather than weight.
M. Francois
Chateau Pesquie Terrasses excels as an aperitif, but its freshness and mineral character make it equally suitable for crudités, grilled vegetables, and shellfish dishes. The wine's natural acidity and food-friendly profile recommend it for al fresco dining throughout the warmer months.
