Where terroir and variety find perfect harmony

  • A genuinely food-friendly wine that pairs with everything from casual pizzas and grilled meats to more considered dishes of poultry and game. Its approachability makes it an excellent everyday choice without compromise.
  • The wine charms through its expressive aromatics: fresh red fruit mingling with peppery spice, underpinned by subtle floral notes that linger pleasantly on the palate.
  • Chateau Pesquie has achieved admirable balance here—refreshing acidity plays against supple tannins, creating a wine that feels both lively and rounded. Organic viticulture adds another dimension to its appeal.

Product features : Chateau Pesquie Ventoux Terrasses 2021 — Organic

Breeding
Ageing takes place predominantly in vats (stainless steel or concrete) for 70%, and approximately 30% in oak barrels of several vintages for 12 to 15 months.
On the eye
A clear, luminous ruby robe that speaks to careful winemaking and fruit quality.
On the nose
Intense and inviting, the bouquet opens with fresh red fruit—cherry and redcurrant—before peppery spice notes emerge. There's a subtle herbaceous quality that reflects the Ventoux terroir.
In the mouth
Fresh and rounded in equal measure. Red fruit flavours dominate, supported by delicate floral and peppery notes. The tannins are supple and well-integrated, providing structure without heaviness.
M. Francois
Terrasses is remarkably versatile. Serve it with simple fare—charcuterie, grilled vegetables, duck rillettes—or more ambitious dishes such as game terrines, guinea fowl, or offal preparations. Its organic credentials and approachable character make it an intelligent choice for everyday entertaining.
