In the mouth
Distinctly aromatic and rounded, with white flower, peach, pineapple and citrus notes. The attack is clean and direct, with fine balance between natural acidity and the gentle richness from fine lees ageing. A mineral finish provides definition and length.
On the nose
The bouquet opens with citrus and fresh pineapple, revealing considerable charm and approachability. Inviting aromatics that promise pleasure without pretension.
On the eye
Pale yellow with green-tinged reflections, suggesting youth and freshness.
Breeding
Alcoholic fermentation completes in third-fill French oak barrels (Cîteaux forest) followed by malolactic fermentation.
This wine pairs naturally with smoked charcuterie, pork skewers, and robust dishes such as chilli con carne or pork ribs. Its structure and acidity make it equally at home with lighter fare. A genuine food wine that earns its place at the table through character rather than ostentation.

Domaine Les Goubert is a family wine estate in Gigondas (Vaucluse), in the southern Rhône Valley. Around 23 hectares on the foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail. Grapes: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault. Appellations: Gigondas, Beaumes-de-Venise, Sablet. The wines express the warmth and depth of the Gigondas terroir.
